JORDYNNE OSHIER, U18S ELITE Head Coach/Youth Director

Jordynne Oshier’s pursuit of an athletics career began with her playing background, including 4 years of Varsity volleyball at Beekmantown High School and 3 years at the NCAA Division III - SUNY Plattsburgh. Over the past decade, her coaching experience includes 4 seasons of collegiate coaching at SUNY Plattsburgh, 10+ seasons of USA Volleyball travel teams, and over 5 years coaching school volleyball at Beekmantown High School from Modified through Varsity. She has also contributed to camps/clinics through Coach Hileman’s Junior Diggers/Volleyball Academy. Jordynne holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Fitness & Wellness Leadership, which led to her role as Director of the Parisi Speed School/Personal Training at The EDGE in South Burlington. There, she worked with athletes ages 7 through collegiate and adult competitors, focusing on speed, agility, strength, and performance. She continues to train athletes through the Jump Camp ELITE program alongside Coach McClelland.

MARC OSHIER, U18S Assistant Coach/Adult Director

Marc Oshier started playing volleyball in 2012 through various adult leagues and quickly grew a passion for the sport. Marc created his own doubles league in 2016 that allowed adults to play competitive sand doubles. Marc's vision for the adult volleyball community was the driving force for the creation of the True to Form-Valcour Sand Courts. With help from family, friends, and Valcour Brewing Company, he was able to construct a fun, safe, and family friendly environment for adults to come play both recreationally and competitively. Marc started coaching USAV Travel Volleyball in 2021 and started volunteering for Beekmantown's Volleyball program in 2025. 

ALLYSSA ROCK, U17S FORCE Head Coach

Allyssa Rock is a Beekmantown Alumna who continued her volleyball career at SUNY Plattsburgh as a setter. She started coaching USAV in 2018 and Varsity Volleyball at Beekmantown in 2022. Allyssa led her Varsity team to win back to back sectionals in 2023 and 2024 and secured the CVAC Championship Title in 2025. Allyssa continues to play in adult volleyball leagues and tournaments through True to Form and Green Mountain Volleyball and hosts her own fundraising tournaments and leagues that benefit the Beekmantown Volleyball program.

NATHAN KENYON, U17S FORCE Assistant Coach

Nate has an impressive athletic background, starting with playing on the Oswego State’s Men’s Basketball team and Oswego State’s Men’s Volleyball Club. Nate then pursued more volleyball by playing in the USA Men’s AA Club through the WEVA region for 5 seasons which allowed him to compete all over the states. Nate continues to give back to youth athletics through his coaching experience with Varsity Basketball, AAU travel basketball, Beekmantown's Varsity team, and True to Form Volleyball Club. 

TEAGAN SEYMOUR, U16S SQUAD Head Coach

Teagan Seymour is a Peru Alumna who played USAV throughout her entire high school career as a Middle Hitter. Teagan pursued college at SUNY Oswego and then transferred to SUNY Plattsburgh in order to continue her volleyball career. Teagan started coaching the Modified Peru squad in 2023 and USAV through True to Form in 2024. She also does 1:1 and small group trainings over the summer to give student-athletes an opportunity to play year round! When not on the volleyball court, Teagan also showcases her love for coaching by working with the Peru Wrestling team.

CASEY BUCK, U16S SQUAD Assistant Coach

While 2025-2026 is Casey's debut coaching season, he certainly has accumulated a lot of time on the court through adult recreation leagues. As a St. Michael's Alumna, Casey immediately jumped into playing volleyball in 2012. He has been a top competitor for True to Form by winning multiple leagues and tournaments. Casey is so excited to start working with student-athletes and share his passion and knowledge for volleyball!

ERIC O'CONNELL, U15S FLIGHT Head Coach

Hello Everyone, my name is Eric O'Connell and I am thrilled to be joining TTFVBC. I am passionate about volleyball, and I am committed to helping each of our athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court. I bring over 30 years of volleyball experience which includes 8 years as the  Assistant Coach for the Plattsburgh State Women's Volleyball team, 4 years as a USA club coach with NIVBC and 4 years as an IREAVA High Performance Court Coach. I also officiated High School and College volleyball for 20 years, with 2 years officiating at the NYS High School Championships. I look forward to getting to know each of our athletes and working towards our goals as a club. 

MATT OSHIER, U15S FLIGHT Assistant Coach

Matt Oshier has been an integral part of True to Form by being our go-to guy for vision on how to make the experience the most fun! He has been a part of the adult recreation community since 2012 and has had many roles including Maintenance Crew, DJ, Complaint Dept, and now Coach! Matt had a huge role in the design and construction of the True to Form Sand Courts and continues to make the league nights a fun, family friendly place to be. He started coaching in our first TTF Youth season in 2024 and quickly fell in love with pushing athletes to be better! Matt spends his free time playing with his daughter Ava, watching college volleyball, and being the life of the party wherever he goes!

KRISTY CANTWELL, U16S CHARGE Co-Coach

Kristy Cantwell is a PHS alumna who was a CVACV All-Star her senior year also played USAV as a Middle/Rightside hitter. Kristy continued her athletic career on the SUNY Plattsburgh's Tennis team from 2023-2025. She was recognized as an All-SUNYAC First Team Selection at Second Doubles and named SUNYAC Singles Athlete of the Week within the first couple weeks of the season! Kristy's love for volleyball circles her back into coaching and she's excited to work with all her athletes. 

JENNA BEGOR, U16S CHARGE Co-Coach

Jenna has been in our volleyball world for as long as we can remember! Jenna is a Beekmantown Alumna who won the Coach's Choice Award her Senior year by demonstrating character, integrity, and team culture to everyone around her. She played USAV 8th-12th grade despite COVID throwing a wrench into her Junior USAV season and her Senior School season. Jenna continues to play any chance she gets through True to Form and Green Mountain Volleyball. Her specialty is serving and defence as she was consistently Libero for each team she played for. Jenna has volunteered with the JV Volleyball program for 4 years and we're excited for her to take the lead in her first USAV Coaching Season!
