YOUTH

Our mission is to provide a high quality training system for youth volleyball players by increasing individual skills, game strategy, strength and conditioning, and volleyball IQ of our players. We strive to push our athletes into high performance through exposure to various coaching styles and strategies, high profile tournaments, and the college recruiting process. 

ADULT

Our mission is to provide a space and time for adults to continue playing volleyball in order to stay physically active and healthy. We strive to meet adult athletes where they're currently at in their volleyball career by providing multiple skill/competition levels for both the athlete looking to play competitively and for the athlete looking to play recreationally. True to Form Adult events are family friendly and we encourage everyone to use it as a space to build relationships and play the game we all love.

2024-2025 Season

YOUTH

True to Form Volleyball Club officially became a part of the USAV-Excelsior Region in the 2024-2025 season. 

Their debut season had 3 teams, ages u15-u18, competiting in USAV Tournaments across multiple regions. Their u18s-ELITE found success in the Silver Bracket of the Excelsior Regional Championship Tournament. The u17s-FORCE was the first-ever North Country team to win a USAV Gold Medal at the Liberty Challenge in Boston, MA in 2025! 

In the 2025-2026 season, our teams have earned quite the number of recognitions as well:

• u17s FORCE - Gold Runner Up Medalist at the Jingle Ball Challenge

• u16s SQUAD - Silver Finalist at the Jingle Ball Challenge

• u15s FLIGHT - Silver Finalist at the Nike New England Winterfest

• u15s FLIGHT - Silver Finalist at the Great Nor'Easter

While taking home some trophies has been something our athletes are super proud of, we celebrate all of the off-court wins just the same! From our Developmental Teams pushing themselves to learn rotation to our u18s closing out their high school volleyball careers... we strive for a positive culture and as many opportunities to play the game we all love so much!
