YOUTH

Our mission is to provide a high quality training system for youth volleyball players by increasing individual skills, game strategy, strength and conditioning, and volleyball IQ of our players. We strive to push our athletes into high performance through exposure to various coaching styles and strategies, high profile tournaments, and the college recruiting process. 

ADULT

Our mission is to provide a space and time for adults to continue playing volleyball in order to stay physically active and healthy. We strive to meet adult athletes where they're currently at in their volleyball career by providing multiple skill/competition levels for both the athlete looking to play competitively and for the athlete looking to play recreationally. True to Form Adult events are family friendly and we encourage everyone to use it as a space to build relationships and play the game we all love.

2024-2025 Season

YOUTH

True to Form Volleyball Club officially became a part of the USAV-Excelsior Region in the 2024-2025 season. Their debut season had 3 teams, ages u15-u18, competiting in USAV Tournaments across multiple regions. Their u18s-ELITE found success in the Silver Bracket of the Excelsior Regional Championship Tournament.
